Why is it so hard to get a good night sleep?

You do all the right things. You follow all the expert advice. And you STILL toss and turn at night. It's infuriating!

Here's the problem. There is one thing so basic that no one ever talks about it. One thing that can't be ignored if you want to sleep well, yet it is the only thing experts never talk about.

Here's what you really need to ask:

Do I feel safe enough to fall asleep?

"That's an odd question," you may think. "I'm home in my own bed, why wouldn't I feel safe?"

Here's the problem: What your conscious brain thinks is safe and what your unconscious brain thinks is safe can be very different things. You may be lying awake wondering what in the world is wrong while your brain is quietly freaking out about something that happened 20 years ago.

If this is all unconscious, what can I do about it?

Quite a lot, actually.

There are ways to talk to you unconscious about what is going on. Once you know what your brain is freaking out about, then you can start to solve the problem.

I've condensed a couple of sessions coaching into an easy-to-follow program that will explain how and why your brain labels things as "unsafe." I'll teach you how to read your body's signals so you can tell when your brain is reacting to an unsafe trigger. Then you will work through a list of the most common safety triggers I've found. By the time you've completed this you will have a list of possible problems that could be causing your sleeplessness and ideas of how to work with them.

Warning:

This is more than a 5-minute quick fix! In this process, I'm going to teach you energy techniques to get in touch with your unconscious. To get the most out of this, you'll need to take some time to get quiet and really listen to what your body is telling you. You don't have to do it all at once, but you do have to do it mindfully.

If you are willing to take the time, there is a lot of information you can get from this work.

Are you really saying that one free PDF program can solve all my sleep problems?

Excellent question and you have a right to be skeptical. Sleep is a very complicated process and there is no one-size-fits-all solution I can put into a PDF download. However, I can say with 100% confidence that you will never solve the problem if your brain and body do not feel safe enough to sleep. So working through this process is the best place to begin. Whether or not you find the full solution here, you will have a safe and healthy foundation to work from.
