There is a subconscious part of you that thinks that by holding on to their energy, emotions, problems, etc. that you'll help them deal with their problems. Unfortunately, this just isn't true. You often end up not helping them and hurting yourself in the process. If you are a "feeler" type who tends to lay awake at night worrying about others, this might be you!
